Many times it takes a lot of courage to reach out and ask for help.
When working with people, I work hard to listen to the specific
concerns and issues that are important to you as the unique individual
that you are. You are a product of your life history and your
perspective is integral in the process of achieving a lasting positive
change. I will partner with you and use a depth approach to assist you
with your process. Often times the issues that people describe are only
part of the problem. Together we will look at possible underlying
causes to better understand what you are experiencing. I can help you
gain insight so that you can work towards the goals that you desire.
The therapeutic relationship is an
important part of therapy. I will work with you to build the safety and
trust in our therapeutic relationship that is necessary to provide the
environment for you to feel comfortable in your process of change.
